Craig P. Anderson has spent his career leading national sales teams and business divisions for Fortune 100 companies. These roles taught him the importance of business planning, focusing on details, and communicating effectively with teams. In 2014, he took those lessons to lead his first business, a former division of a billion-dollar not for profit. He grew that business from $250,000 in revenue to nearly $5 million in revenue in just three years, positioning it for a successful sale

Craig achieved that success with essential tools he learned throughout his career, including business plan development, employee engagement, and building teams. In 2018 he decided to adapt these lessons for business owners who want to better manage people, processes, and planning to grow their business faster. Since then he has worked with several business owners to start developing plans that will take their business to the next level.
